Bone Replacement

Fedasz Dental Clinic

People who have been without teeth for a prolonged period may not have enough bone left in the necessary locations. In this case a successful setting of tooth implants in the remaining bone of the jaw is no longer possible. The solution is the building up of the bone which is carried out at our clinic with foreign material.

1.) The tooth is removed and
the remaining tooth socket is
thoroughly cleaned of all
inflamed and infected tissue.

2.) An appropriate bone grafting
material is carefully placed
into the extraction socket.

3.) A bone grafting membrane
is often placed over the
grafted material.

4.) Sutures placed into
the gum tissue proper
healing of the surrounding
soft tissues.
